What makes LFG Training different from a typical PT or online coach?

Coaching people who already perform at a high level requires a different approach than just physical training and a meal plan.

I map your entire lifestyle, your day-to-day habits, and identify where you can save time, increase efficiency, and perform even better than you do today.

I understand that you may not be able to train 3–5 times per week, sleep 8 hours every night, or prep meal boxes to stick to a strict nutrition plan.

Together we build solutions that work in your real life. Then we implement habits based on research, performance psychology, and exercise physiology.

How many clients do you work with at a time?

I work with a very limited number of clients to ensure quality and results.

Because of this, I operate with an ongoing waitlist.
